This session is a form of energy healing, drawing on elements of Hands of Light, Quantum Touch and Usui Reiki. It is offered as a distance session, working beyond time and space.

Reiki comes from Japan and means “Universal Energy.” It is a gentle yet powerful way of supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance itself. When the body feels calm and safe, it can begin to release old emotional patterns, stored tension and lingering energy that no longer serves you.

Healing energy is intuitively shared with you, working alongside your body’s own wisdom rather than forcing change. Because this work operates at a quantum level, you do not need to be physically present for the healing to be effective.

You can choose how you receive the session. We can schedule a Zoom call so you are present during the healing, or the healing can be carried out without you needing to be there at all. Some people prefer to rest or meditate during the session, while others simply go about their day. The choice is entirely yours.
